By accessing or using the website at bryanconcretecontractor.com or by engaging the services of Bryan Concrete ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Bryan Concrete provides concrete contracting services to residential and commercial customers in Bryan, Texas and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, stamped and decorative concrete, and related flatwork. All services are subject to a written agreement or signed estimate before work begins.
All estimates provided by Bryan Concrete are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may change only if the scope of work changes after the estimate is signed. Changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work proceeds. We will not perform work beyond the original estimate without your approval.
Free estimates are offered at no charge and carry no obligation to hire. Estimates provided remotely (without an on-site visit) are approximations only and are not binding quotes.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and required deposit are received. Scheduling is subject to material availability, permit approval timelines, and weather conditions.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to conditions outside our control, including extreme weather, material delays, or permitting delays. We will notify you as early as possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including any deposit forfeitures, will be stated in your written contract.
Payment terms are stated in the signed project contract. In general, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific terms vary by project size and will be clearly outlined in your written estimate and contract.
We accept payment by check, cash, and electronic transfer. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as stated in the contract. We reserve the right to halt work on a project if payments are significantly overdue.
Bryan Concrete stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your written contract. In general, we address any workmanship defects that arise from our installation when reported promptly after project completion.
Our warranty covers workmanship defects - meaning problems caused by how the work was performed. It does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, tree root intrusion, ground movement due to soil conditions, improper use of the surface, or damage caused by the customer or third parties after project completion.
Concrete is a natural material subject to minor cracking over time, particularly in climates with expansive clay soils. Hairline cracks that do not affect the structural integrity of the slab are a normal characteristic of concrete and are not considered workmanship defects.
By engaging our services, you agree to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bryan Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Brazos County, Texas.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazos County, Texas.
